Directory Policies
If you would like to submit your cat related Web site to our directory, first browse the directory to identify the single best category for your site. Click on ' Submit Listing' and follow the instructions on the submission form and submit. You may also submit a link from the home page, but please make sure you select the most relevant topic from the drop down list for your site.
Listing Types
Featured Listing
Featured listings appear above regular listings on category pages and will be given top priority when listings are approved. Featured listings give you the highest visibility and value for your money. There is a small one time fee to review your site.
Regular Listing
If you want to submit your site and don't want to link to us, you can submit a regular listing. There is a small one time fee to review your site.
Regular Listing with Link to Us
We do offer free listings if you link to our site at the time of submission. Just select this option and follow the directions. Regular free listings are given the lowest priority when approving sites so it may take a while to get your site listed with this option.
Submission Rules
- We ONLY accept cat related sites. If your site has nothing to do with cats it will be rejected. Do not submit other pet related sites that are unrelated to cats.
- Submit your Web site to the single most relevant category.
- Submit only Web sites in English.
- We now accept DEEP LINKS on paid featured listings to any page within your site - regular links may only be top level domain only. A 'DEEP LINK' is any page that is beyond the home page.
- Reciprocal links must be from the same domain as the site you are submitting, and on a page that is accessible from the home page. Reciprocal pages that are nothing but links and not within the design of your site will be rejected.
- Keep titles and descriptions concise, don't stuff keywords into titles and descriptions.
- Do not submit your listing in ALL CAPS or use excessive punctuation.
- Do not submit adult, hate sites, or any Web sites that promote illegal activities.
- Affiliate sites are generally accepted if there is original content included.
- Sales/Landing pages for products will be accepted at our discretion.
- Your Web site must not be under construction.
- Sites that are poorly designed or do not render correctly in major browsers may be rejected.
The Cat Breeds Guide Network Directory reserves the right to accept or reject any Web site and remove listings, at anytime, for reasons mentioned above, and any other reasons not published here. We are looking for quality sites, so pay close attention to the rules. For Featured Sites and regular paid submissions, in the event of a site not being approved, a full refund will be made immediately after submission is denied.

The Cat Breeds Guide Network Directory respects the privacy of our users and is committed to protecting it:
- The Cat Breeds Guide Network Directory is the owner of the information collected on this site. We will not sell, rent or share any information collected on our site to other sites or individuals. We can use customer contact information for internal marketing purposes, such as email newsletters, and to contact site owners regarding a submission.
- The Cat Breeds Guide Network Directory does not collect any information from its users other than the basic information contained in the log files. This includes internet protocol (IP) addresses, browser types, internet service provider (ISP), referring/exit pages, OS type, date/time stamp, and number of clicks to analyze trends, administer the site, track user's movement, and gather broad demographic information. The Cat Breeds Guide Network Directory is not responsible for the privacy practices of other sites. - By submitting your site, you accept the guidelines and policies of the Cat Breeds Guide Network Directory.
Refunds
- For Featured Sites (Paid) submissions, in the event of a site not being approved, a full refund will be made immediately after submission is denied.
- No refund will be issued if a site is submitted, and then the content changes thereafter and is considered to be a violation of our submission guidelines by the Cat Breeds Guide Network Directory.
Violations
- The Cat Breeds Guide Network Directory does everything possible to screen out illegal and offensive sites. Once a site is listed, if the content changes thereafter, we are not responsible for a user being able to access it through this directory. This is a violation and the site will be removed from the Cat Breeds Guide Network Directory once it is discovered. If you come across a site that violates our submission guidelines or you feel should not be listed here, please contact us and we will look into it.
